Q In each module, you will work on one assigned HBR case study with a group of your peers. Some guideline questions will be assigned by the instructor for case analysis. You are expected to identify the problem(s) stated in the case, analyze the presented information, and make recommendation(s) supported by your analysis and relevant research findings. Each individual member is required to participate actively and regularly in this team assignment by completing his/her assigned duties and by commenting on the work of his/her peers. The team is also expected to stick to the submitted work plan. Poor participation in the team assignment may result in dismissal from the group. In that case, the student will be asked to submit an individual report for the same case or another case assigned by the instructor and will be graded only for the final report (70%). Your grades for case studies will be composed of four components: 1) Teamwork Plan (10%), 2) Collaboration Analysis Form (10%), 3) Peer Evaluation (10%), 4) Final Team Report (70%). 1. Teamwork Plan: Each team is required to submit a work plan for the case study during the third week of the associated module. The plan should include the role of each member (coordinator, editor, recorder, etc.) with his/her responsibilities in that role and the team's work schedule. The schedule should include the tasks to be completed by the team, person(s) assigned to each task, and the deadline for each task.
